- LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent given by this administrator in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as the „regulation“).
- PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send commercial messages and perform other marketing activities by the administrator towards you.
3.2. There is no automatic individual decision-making by the controller in the sense of Article 22 of the Regulation.

4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the administrator is for an indefinite period, but at the latest until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing accounting services for UOL a.s. whose system will process tax documents.
5.2. The administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.
- RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under the conditions set out in the regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the administrator, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or limit their processing, as the case may be, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to the portability of your personal data.
6.2. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data given by the administrator at any time. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data before such withdrawal of consent. You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data in the following way: in writing or by email.
6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the regulation, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6.4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement that is necessary to conclude a contract.
6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, if the profiling relates to this direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
